A very interesting game took place in Levice. It ended with only three-point home defeat of higher ranked Levice (5-6) to twelfth ranked BK Usti nad Labem (4-7) 81-78 on Saturday evening. It was a good game for American guard Lekendric Longmire (196-87, college: Oregon) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds. The other American import guard Thaddeus McFadden (188-87, college: Fairmont St., agency: Stanley International) contributed with 27 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. British center Michael Bernard (205-78, college: S.Florida) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and American guard Keaton Grant (193-86, college: Purdue) added 28 points in the effort for Levice. Four Levice players scored in double figures. BK Usti nad Labem moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Chomutov. Levice at the other side keeps the seventh position with six games lost. BK Usti nad Labem's next round opponent will be BK Loko Plzen (#12) at home.
