The game between closely ranked teams ended with 7th ranked KK Swiecie's (2-4) home loss to sixth ranked AZS UWM Olsz. (4-3) 77-82 on Saturday. KK Swiecie trailed by 20 points at halftime and as many as 28 after three quarters before a 36-13 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 77-82 at the end of the game. AZS UWM Olsz. moved-up to fourth place in Group A, which they share with Zuraw Gniewno and AZS PP Poznan. KK Swiecie lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. AZS UWM Olsz. will face Trefl II Sopot (#7) at home in the next round. KK Swiecie will play against the league's second-placed Astoria Bydg. in Bydgoszcz.
