There was no surprise in Cordoba where 6th ranked Atenas (5-8) was defeated by third ranked Libertad Sunchales (8-5) 84-79 on Wednesday. The victory was the third consecutive win for Libertad Sunchales. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Quimsa. Atenas lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the fifth position with eight games lost. Libertad Sunchales will face Sionista (#4) in Parana in the next round. Atenas will play on the road against La Union in Formosa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
