Regular Season Round 11: Feni Indistrija - Rabotnicki 79-70

Superleague top team - Feni Indistrija (10-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Fersped-Rabotnicki (3-7) in Kavadarci 79-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Fersped-Rabotnicki. The hosts were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 25-22 Fersped-Rabotnicki's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 79-70 at the end of the game. Fersped-Rabotnicki was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for international power forward Kiril Nikolovski (210-88) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. American swingman Jarrid Frye (194-85, college: Sacred Heart) helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian swingman Vladimir Zujovic (201-80, college: Lock Haven) responded with 20 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Dime Tasovski (200-80) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Feni Indistrija have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 10-0 record. Fersped-Rabotnicki at the other side dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. Feni Indistrija will play against Vardar (#6) in Skopje in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Fersped-Rabotnicki's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Skopje MZT Skopje.
