Ninth-ranked Levice (5-11) gave a tough game to sixth ranked USK Praha (9-7). USK Praha managed to secure only four-point victory 85-81. However their fans expected easier game. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Levice won third quarter 19-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where Levice used huge pressure winning it 21-18 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 12-16. USK Praha made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. It was a very good performance for Slovakian center Peter Sedmak (207-85) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Keaton Grant (193-86, college: Purdue) replied with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Dior Lowhorn (201-87, college: USF) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Levice. USK Praha have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 9-7 record. Levice lost seventh consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with 11 games lost. USK Praha's next round opponent will be BK Loko Plzen (#12) on the road where they are favorite. Levice will play against NH Ostrava.
