No shocking result in a game when second ranked Elitzur Ramla (7-2) defeated at home 8th ranked Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (2-6) 90-82 on Monday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 23-12. But Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion won third quarter 24-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
