No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked BC Kolin (15-5) beat at home 9th ranked Levharti Chomutov (7-14) 98-83 on Wednesday. The game without a history. BC Kolin led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. BC Kolin outrebounded Levharti Chomutov 47-36 including 33 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American forward Richard Field (196-85, college: Mercyhurst) nailed 20 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and forward Jiri Jelinek (203-87) accounted for 14 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. American guard Rob Lowery (188-87, college: Dayton) came up with 20 points and power forward Veroslav Sucharda (204-76) added 15 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Levharti Chomutov in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BC Kolin maintains fourth place with 15-5 record. Newly promoted Levharti Chomutov keeps the ninth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Levice.
