No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Blues (5-5) beat bottom-ranked Golden Gaels (0-10) in Kingston, ON 69-56 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Blues. Golden Gaels was better in third quarter 22-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Golden Gaels to just 7 points in first quarter. Blues made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Center Andrew Wasik (201) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Justin Holmes (180) contributed with 21 points for the winners.
