Very important is a road loss of third ranked Rams (7-8) against fourth ranked Voyageurs (7-8) on Saturday night. Visiting Rams were defeated by Voyageurs in Sudbury, ON 77-65. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Rams. It looked good early as Rams took an 8-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Voyageurs took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 12 points. They made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Voyageurs forced 19 Rams turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Manny Pasquale (183) who scored 32 points. Guard Isiah Pasquale (191) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Naturalized Italian guard Luke Staniscia (193-88) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds and Jordon Gauthier added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Voyageurs have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Ryerson. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
