Tenth-ranked Levharti Chomutov (8-18) used its home court advantage to challenge sixth ranked USK Praha (15-11). The visitors from Praha managed to secure only ten-point victory 92-82. However their fans expected much easier game. The best player for the winners was the former international center Stanislav Votroubek (212-81) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 20 rebounds. The former international forward Vojtech Hruban (202-89) chipped in 22 points. Five USK Praha players scored in double figures. USK Praha's coach Ken Scalabroni allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American guard Patrick Pope (183-81, college: St.Augustine) produced 30 points and 9 rebounds and forward Jakub Krakovic (205-90) added 9 points and 15 rebounds respectively for the hosts. USK Praha maintains sixth position with 15-11 record. Levharti Chomutov lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with 18 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
