Finals Game 1: Halc.Rojos - Toros 87-62

The game was mostly controlled by Halcones Rojos. Toros managed to win second period 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Venezuelan power forward Luis Bethelmy (200-86) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 8 rebounds. International guard Paul Stoll (178-85) contributed with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV) answered with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and American-Nigerian forward Ike Ofoegbu (205-85, college: SMU, agency: Paris Global Sports) added 15 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Toros. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
