An interesting game for Rams (13-8) which played road game in Ottawa, ON against their biggest opponent Gee-Gees (13-8). Third ranked Rams had an easy win 79-62. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Gee-Gees. The game was mostly controlled by Rams. Gee-Gees was better in third quarter 20-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely Gee-Gees outrebounded Rams 45-32 including a 22-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Jordon Gauthier who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Aaron Best contributed with 20 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Rams players scored in double figures. Forward Gabriel Gonthier-Dubue (196) answered with 19 points and 9 rebounds and forward Christopher Anderson (191) added 9 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Gee-Gees. Gee-Gees' coach tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Rams. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Ottawa. Rams will face league's leader Ravens in Ottawa, ON in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Gee-Gees will play at home against Blues in Toronto, ON.
