Semi-Finals Game 3: JX Sunflowers - Fujitsu RW 84-67

The game was mostly controlled by JX Sunflowers. Fujitsu RW managed to win third quarter 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. JX Sunflowers dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Fujitsu RW's 28 and made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game, while Fujitsu RW only scored three points from the stripe. They outrebounded Fujitsu RW 35-21 including a 26-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for the former international power forward Yuka Mamiya (184-90) who led her team to a victory scoring 27 points and 5 rebounds. International point guard Asami Yoshida (165-87) helped adding 12 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals. The best for the losing side was international forward Yoko Nagi (175-82) with 23 points and the former international forward Al Mitani (182-78) scored 11 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
