Badgers were trailing by 9 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 22-13 charge of Lancers, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great shooting night for Lancers especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. Guard Enrico Diloreto (186-90) fired 32 points for the winners. International forward Lien Phillip (203-89) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Mark Gibson (198) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 17 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and guard Andrew Kraus (188-86) added 16 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
