There was a minor upset in Prienai where 5th ranked Rudupis (11-6) were defeated by seventh ranked Kedainiai (8-9) 93-83 on Wednesday. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 93-83. Rudupis were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Vytenis Jasikevicius (187-85) stepped up and scored 17 points for the winners and guard Paulius Beliavicius (193-88) chipped in 14 points. Swingman Adas Juskevicius (194-89) responded with 17 points and 5 assists and center Edgaras Zelionis (207-89) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Five Kedainiai and four Rudupis players scored in double figures. Kedainiai moved-up to sixth place in 1. Rudupis at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. Kedainiai will face Baltai Kaunas (#10) at home in the next round.
