The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 40-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. St.Francis Xavier forced 20 Memorial turnovers and outrebounded them 47-27 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for guard Vanessa Pickard (180-92) who led her team to a victory with 17 points and 4 steals. Guard Jocelyn Moore (165) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Ally Forsey (191-90) answered with 22 points and 5 rebounds and forward Grace Fishbein (180-90) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Memorial. Memorial's coach Doug Partridge tested eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
