Norrkoping BK (4-14) survived in overtime against Helsingborg (8-11) by four points 92-88 on Sunday night. The game took place in Helsingborg. But the guests from Norrkoping were better at the end. The guests trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 29-26 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 4-point victory in overtime. Norrkoping BK forced 24 Helsingborg turnovers. Strangely Helsingborg outrebounded Norrkoping BK 52-31 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Kevin Grant (-94) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and Ludwig Wissing (-93) who added 18 points during the contest. Loser Helsingborg keeps the sixth place with 11 games lost. Norrkoping BK will meet higher ranked Sanda Basket (#8) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Helsingborg will play against the league's second-placed Nassjo and will have a slim chance for a victory.
