Bottom-ranked Vietnamese Saigon Heat managed to get the third consecutive victory. This time they won against seventh-ranked Singapore Singapore Slingers 72-67. And what about a third win in a row after ...eight consecutive loses. Singapore Slingers were ahead by 3 points at the halftime before a 26-16 third quarter run of Saigon Heat.
