The game without a history. Cascades led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Thunderwolves' 24. Cascades had a 35-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. American guard Sheldon Bjorgaard (178, college: MSU Moorhead) stepped up and scored 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and forward Kyle Grewal (198-88) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Cascades players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Joseph Jones (188-89) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Venzal Russel (188-87, college: Vermilion CC) scored 20 points. Thunderwolves' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
