Semi-Finals Game 3: Xinjiang FT - Guangdong ST 102-120

The game was mostly controlled by Guandong Tigers. Xinjiang Flying Tige was better in third quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guandong Tigers dominated down low during the game scoring 86 of its points in the paint compared to Xinjiang Flying Tige's 52 and made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Guandong Tigers forced 21 Xinjiang Flying Tige turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a quality performance for American forward James Singleton (203-81, college: Murray St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 16 rebounds. The former international forward Peng Zhou (207-89) accounted for 20 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Four Guandong Tigers players scored in double figures. Guandong Tigers' coach ChunJiang Li used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-Nigerian power forward Ike Diogu (203-83, college: Arizona St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and international swingman Duo Peng (192-90) added 22 points respectively for Xinjiang Flying Tige in the defeat.
