There was a minor upset in Joniskis where 8th ranked Delikatesas (22-20) was defeated by tenth ranked Triobet (22-20) 98-87. The game was mostly controlled by Triobet. Delikatesas was better in third quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Triobet dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Delikatesas' 34. The winners were led by center Paulius Vaitiekunas (208-87) who scored that evening 23 points and 8 rebounds and guard Tadas Sebeziovas (183-85) supported him with 20 points. Triobet's coach Kestutis Narusevicius used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by guard Vidmantas Uzkuraitis (189-85) did not help to save the game for Delikatesas. Guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (184-88) added 21 points and 4 assists. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Triobet moved-up to ninth place in . Triobet will play against higher ranked Matinga-Juod. (#4) in Marijampole in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
