Play-Offs Round 6: Brock - Regina 62-85

The game was mostly controlled by Regina. Brock was better in fourth quarter 24-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Brock 58-38 including a 44-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Brock was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Polish guard Joanna Zalesiak (174-88, college: UTEP) scored 16 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Danielle Schmidt (173-89) chipped in 9 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Nicole Rosenkranz (185) with 14 points and 8 rebounds and forward Samantha Dejong (183) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Brock players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
