Regular Season Round 60: Sioux Falls S. - Erie Bay H. 125-86

The Erie BayHawks (20-18) allowed 48 points and fell behind by 31 points in the first quarter Tuesday night and never recovered, losing 125-86 to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the worst team in the NBA D-League with an 11-29 record. Trey Gilder (6'9'-F-85, college: Northwestern St.) scored 31 points and collected 13 rebounds for the Skyforce, while Marqus Blakely (6'5'-F-89, college: Vermont) also had a double-double with 24 points and 11 boards. Erie couldn't get anything going from the field, shooting 33.7 percent, including just 4-of-18 from outside the arc. D.J. Kennedy (6'6'-G/F-89, agency: Interperformances, college: St.John's) scored a team-high 17 points in the blowout loss for the 'Hawks, while Kyle Goldcamp added another 15. Mychel Thompson (6'7'-F-88, college: Pepperdine) had a rough night, shooting 0-for-8 from the field, scoring just five points on six free-throw attempts.
