The game was mostly controlled by La Union. GECR Indalo managed to win second period 20-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. La Union forced 20 GECR Indalo turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Gregory Lewis (198-78, college: Winthrop, agency: Dream Team Management) who led the winners and scored 22 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Joe Smith (193-77, college: Al.-Huntsville, agency: Priority Sports) accounted for 17 points for the winning side. American-Spanish forward Devin Davis (202-74, college: Miami, OH) came up with 10 points and 7 rebounds and guard Santiago Scala (186-91) added 14 points respectively for GECR Indalo in the defeat. GECR Indalo's coach Marcelo Richotti rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
