Forssan Koripojat made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Forssan Koripojat had a 33-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Forssan Koripojat especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.6 percentage. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of forward HL Coleman (202-74, college: Wyoming) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Forward Tracy Robinson (201-86, college: Loyola, IL) contributed with 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Walter Baxley (193-84, college: Mars Hill) answered with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds and guard Emmanuel Jackson (188-86, college: Seton Hill) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Lapuan Korikobrat. Five Forssan Koripojat and four Lapuan Korikobrat players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
