ASEAN League top team - Filipino Philippine Patriots (11-2) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat fifth ranked Singapore Singapore Slingers (5-9) 82-70. Philippine Patriots have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 11-2 record. Loser Singapore Slingers dropped to the sixth position with nine games lost. They share it with Thailand S.. Philippine Patriots will meet at home Thailand Slammers (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Singapore Slingers will play against KL Dragons in Kuala Lumpur and hope to secure a win.
