Statyba shocked Triobet on the road to reach the quarterfinals. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Statyba made 25-of-32 free shots (78.1 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Triobet turnovers. 28 personal fouls committed by Triobet helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for guard Mindaugas Budzinauskas (198-73) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points and 8 rebounds. Center Vitalijus Luksa (206-86) helped adding 14 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Statyba's coach Gintautas Regina used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was forward Martynas Linkevicius (197-85) with 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Tadas Sebeziovas (183-85) scored 17 points and 4 assists.
