Ourinhos survived a tough challenge from Poty/Acucar to reach LBF Finals. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Ourinhos players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. The former international swingman Chuca De Oliveira (182-79) notched 21 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international center Kelly Santos (192-79, agency: Josep and Nicolas) supported her with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Four Ourinhos players scored in double figures.
