Americana advanced into LBF Finals. They shot down Santo Andre in the decisive third game of the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Americana. Santo Andre managed to win second period 16-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Americana forced 20 Santo Andre turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Santo Andre's players. It was a great evening for the former international center Clarissa Dos Santos (184-88) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds.
