The game between fourth ranked BK Pardubice (24-11) and 6th ranked USK Praha (16-18) in Pardubice on Wednesday ended with biggest points difference. BK Pardubice outscored guests from Praha 92-56. The game without a history. BK Pardubice led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to USK Praha's 38. They outrebounded USK Praha 48-25 including a 36-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. BK Pardubice looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by USK Praha's players. Forward Jiri Slavik (203-89) came up with 11 points and 5 rebounds and Slovakian center Peter Sedmak (207-85) added 13 points respectively for USK Praha in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BK Pardubice moved-up to second place, which they share with BK Decin and BK Prostejov. Loser USK Praha keeps the sixth position with 18 games lost. BK Pardubice will meet league's leader CEZ Nymburk on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. USK Praha will play against the league's second-placed BK Decin (#2) and hope to secure a win.
