Very expected game when 6th ranked Lusitania (11-11) was rolled over on the road by second ranked Benfica (19-3) 101-73. The game without a history. Benfica led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Lusitania's 44. They outrebounded Lusitania 44-27 including 17 on the offensive glass. Benfica players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks.
