An interesting game for Maccabi Rishon (14-8) which played road game in Jerusalem against 4th ranked Hapoel J-M (12-10). Third ranked Maccabi Rishon managed to get a 6-point victory 82-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Hapoel J-M. Hapoel J-M trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 21-12 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 76-82 at the end of the game. Maccabi Rishon forced 19 Hapoel J-M turnovers. 26 personal fouls committed by Hapoel J-M helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
