Semi-Finals Game 1: Inea AZS - Artego Bydg. 85-63

It looked good early as Artego Bydg. took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Inea AZS had a 17-9 second period charge getting the lead and Artego Bydg. was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 63-85. Inea AZS dominated on the defensive end, holding Artego Bydg. to just 6 points in fourth quarter. They outrebounded Artego Bydg. 46-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. Inea AZS shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Forward Aneta Kotnis (186-89) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and center Joanna Kedzia (193-87) accounted for 15 points and 14 rebounds. Four Inea AZS players scored in double figures. Mali power forward Djenebou Sissoko (190-82, college: Union (TN)) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds (made all of her ten free throws !!!) and center Martyna Koc (186-83) added 8 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Artego Bydg. in the defeat. Artego Bydg.'s coach Adam Zieminski gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
