AZS Olsztyn avoided elimination beating Ksiezak Lowicz at home court. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. AZS UWM Olsz. made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Ksiezak Lowicz turnovers and outrebounded them 44-20 including a 22-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when AZS UWM Olsz. made 7 blocks. Marcin Kowalewski (200-86) scored 35 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Krzysztof Kawalek (196-86) chipped in 23 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
