The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 63-44 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Nassjo forced 26 Malbas turnovers. Strangely Malbas outrebounded Nassjo 42-30 including 28 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 28 personal fouls committed by Malbas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Christoffer Sillen (177-85) stepped up and scored 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and forward Mathias Liljeqvist (196-92) chipped in 24 points and 5 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). At the losing side Australian guard John Fitzgerald (193-84, college: Lindsey Wilson) responded with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and Kosovan power forward Korab Ferizi (201-85) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
