Tampereen Pyrinto made 28-of-36 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game, while Loimaan Korikonkarit only scored seven points from the stripe. It was a great shooting night for Tampereen Pyrinto especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. Loimaan Korikonkarit was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Americans were the main players on the court. Forward Damon Williams (201-73, college: Colorado St.-Pueblo, agency: Two Points) nailed a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds for the winning side and guard Kenneth Lowe (192-80, college: Purdue) accounted for 18 points (made all of his eight free throws). Guard Martin Zeno (196-85, college: Texas Tech) came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Jeb Ivey (190-80, college: Portland St.) added 17 points and 5 assists respectively for Loimaan Korikonkarit in the defeat. Four Tampereen Pyrinto and five Loimaan Korikonkarit players scored in double figures.
