The game without a history. Trento led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 30-of-31 charity shots (96.8 percent) during the game, while Casalpusterlengo only scored thirteen points from the stripe. Trento forced 21 Casalpusterlengo turnovers. 26 personal fouls committed by Casalpusterlengo helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international forward Walter Santarossa (200-78) nailed a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) for the winning side and center Marco Pazzi (203-79) accounted for 11 points and 7 rebounds. Five Trento players scored in double figures. Guard Federico Loschi (195-90) came up with 18 points and guard Roberto Prandin (188-86, agency: Two Points) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Casalpusterlengo in the defeat.
