Walter Tigers (15-18) escaped against Deutsche Bank Skyliners (17-16) in overtime by seven points 96-89. The game took place in Frankfurt. But the guests from Tuebingen were better at the end. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Deutsche Bank Skyliners. Deutsche Bank Skyliners were ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 25-17 third quarter run of Walter Tigers. They tied the game at the end of regular time. Then they were better in overtime eventually winning that period 14-7. Walter Tigers outrebounded Deutsche Bank Skyliners 36-25 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. 27 personal fouls committed by Deutsche Bank Skyliners helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated also this game.
