The game in Bangkok supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Malaysian KL Dragons (9-9) played at the court of 6th ranked Thailand Bangkok Cobras (6-11). KL Dragons smashed Bangkok Cobras 107-84. The game without a history. KL Dragons led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. KL Dragons outrebounded Bangkok Cobras 47-25 including a 32-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for KL Dragons especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Bangkok Cobras' players. Bangkok Cobras were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Tiras Wade (200-81, college: La-Lafayette, agency: Interperformances) notched a double-double by scoring 27 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and the other American import center Brian Williams (208-87, college: Tennessee, agency: VVG Sports) supported him with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assists. Even 21 points and 7 rebounds by American power forward Gentry Lewis (206-81, college: Philander Smith) did not help to save the game for Bangkok Cobras. American-Guyanese Travis George (206-85) added 18 points and 8 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. KL Dragons moved-up to third place, which they share with Satria Muda. Bangkok Cobras at the other side keep the sixth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Saigon H.. KL Dragons will play against league's second-placed Philippine Patriots in Manila in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bangkok Cobras will play on the road against the league's leader Petron Blaze (#1) in Manila and hope to get back on the winning track.
