Ferentino cut a 18-point halftime deficit to two at the end of the game. Latina Basket made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Riccardo Serena (181-82) who scored 19 points and 5 assists. Naturalized Serbian forward Marko Micevic (198-89) chipped in 17 points. Guard Francesco Guarino (182-79) produced 22 points and 4 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) and guard Fabio Marcante (196-80, agency: Players Group) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
