Quarter-Finals Round 4: BC Kolin - BK Pardubice 69-81

The game was mostly controlled by BK Pardubice. BC Kolin managed to win second period 19-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BK Pardubice had a 34-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American Maurice Hampton (188-84, college: Austin Peay St., agency: Two Points) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and the other American import power forward Marcus Arnold (207-84, college: Illinois, agency: Stanley International) who added 14 points and 17 rebounds during the contest. Arnold is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. BK Pardubice's coach Jan Slowiak used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward David Machac (204-80) responded with 22 points and 8 rebounds and the former international swingman Stefan Licartovsky (196-84) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
