Date: April 28, 2012
Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked s Oliver Baskets (20-14) were rolled over on the road by second ranked ratiopharm Ulm (27-7) 91-65. The game was mostly controlled by ratiopharm Ulm. s Oliver Baskets was better in fourth quarter 28-25. Guard Isaiah Swann (188-85, college: Florida St.) notched 18 points and 6 assists to lead the effort and center John Bryant (208-87, college: Santa Clara) supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Even 9 points and 9 rebounds by guard Chris Kramer (191-88, college: Purdue) did not help to save the game for s Oliver Baskets. point guard John Little (180-84, college: N.Iowa) added 14 points for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. ratiopharm Ulm maintains second position with 27-7 record having just three points less than leader Brose Baskets. Newly promoted s Oliver Baskets keep the sixth place with 14 games lost.
