Elitzur Ramla was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 7-point lead after three quarters before a 24-15 charge of Ironi Kiryat Ata, which allowed them to win the game. They made 23-of-30 free shots (76.7 percent) during the game. American forward Lenny Daniel (203-87, college: CS Northridge) notched a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import forward Tony Younger (200-80, college: Spring Hill, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) supported him with 21 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Even 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists by guard Ilan Berkowitz (186-75) did not help to save the game for Elitzur Ramla.
