1/8 Finals Round 3: FCM Ferentino - Latina Basket 102-72

The game was mostly controlled by Ferentino. Latina Basket was better in second period 28-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 29-of-29 charity shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Ferentino outrebounded Latina Basket 37-19 including a 30-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Ferentino especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 64.3 percentage. It was a good game for naturalized Argentinian swingman Manuel Carrizo (198-80, agency: Players Group) who led his team to a victory with 17 points. Power forward Antonio Iannuzzi (207-91, agency: Two Points) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Five Ferentino players scored in double figures. Ferentino's coach Franco Gramenzi felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international point guard Riccardo Serena (181-82) answered with 16 points and point guard Riccardo Tavernelli (188-91) added 13 points and 4 steals in the effort for Latina Basket.
