The game without a history. Maccabi T-A led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to B.C. Habikaa's 34. Maccabi T-A looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. International guard Yogev Ohayon (189-87) fired 16 points, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winners. American swingman Keith Langford (193-83, college: Kansas) chipped in 16 points and 6 assists. Five Maccabi T-A players scored in double figures. American forward Troy Gillenwater (205-88, college: N.Mexico St.) produced 22 points and the other American import swingman Dion Dowell (200-85, college: Houston) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
