The game without a history. CEZ Nymburk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to BC Kolin's 32. They outrebounded BC Kolin 43-31 including a 34-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. CEZ Nymburk players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by BC Kolin's players. American guard Chester Simmons (198-82, college: Washington) nailed 22 points for the winning side and his fellow American import center Andrew Naymick (211-85) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four CEZ Nymburk players scored in double figures. Forward Jiri Jelinek (203-87) came up with 10 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Richard Field (196-85, college: Mercyhurst) added 7 points and 7 rebounds respectively for BC Kolin in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
