Quarter-Finals Round 1: Chieti - Treviglio 75-63

Date: May 6, 2012
The game was mostly controlled by Chieti. Treviglio was better in fourth quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Treviglio to just 7 points in third quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Emanuele Rossi (208-82) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds. Naturalized San Marino swingman Andrea Raschi (200-79) contributed with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Chieti players scored in double figures. Swingman Andrea Vitale (199-82, agency: Interperformances) answered with 21 points and guard Tommaso Marino (190-86, agency: Interperformances) added 17 points and 6 assists in the effort for Treviglio. Treviglio's coach Adriano Vertemati rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
