4th placed Malaysian KL Dragons (11-10) were outscored at home by fifth ranked Singapore Singapore Slingers (9-12) with the biggest margin this round 105-88 on Wednesday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of KL Dragons. The game was mostly controlled by Singapore Slingers. KL Dragons was better in fourth quarter 27-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Louis Graham (205-84) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and Filipino guard Donald Dulay (173-80) chipped in 24 points and 7 rebounds. Five Singapore Slingers players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American center Brian Williams (208-87, college: Tennessee, agency: VVG Sports) with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds and the other American import forward Tiras Wade (200-81, college: La-Lafayette, agency: Interperformances) scored 27 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Singapore Slingers maintains fifth place with 9-12 record. Loser KL Dragons keep the fourth position with ten games lost.
