Quarter-Finals Round 3: Maccabi T-A - B.C. Habikaa 86-59

The game without a history. Maccabi T-A led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to B.C. Habikaa's 30. They outrebounded B.C. Habikaa 42-31 including a 35-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Maccabi T-A looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for American power forward Richard Hendrix (203-86, college: Alabama) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. International swingman Guy Pnini (200-83) helped adding 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Maccabi T-A players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American swingman Dion Dowell (200-85, college: Houston) with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Ezequiel Skverer (188-89) scored 7 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
