The game was mostly controlled by Start Gdynia. Rosa Radom managed to win fourth quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Start Gdynia forced 20 Rosa Radom turnovers and outrebounded them 45-34 including 19 on the offensive glass. Guard Piotr Smigielski (190-89) had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Tomasz Wojdyla (201-77) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Start Gdynia players scored in double figures. Guard Artur Donigiewicz (185-84) responded with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Marcin Kosinski scored 16 points. Rosa Radom's coach Piotr Ignatowicz rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
